FREE Summer Programs

Camp CHLA (Children's Hospital Los Angeles) - Applications will close when 400 applications have been received or on Friday, February 5, 2016 at 5 p.m
  • This FREE Summer program explores nursing and health care professions, and covers areas such as: Bone Marrow Transplant, Cardiothoracic Intensive Care, Emergency Services, Medical/Surgical Care, Newborn & Infant Critical Care, Oncology, Operating Room, Pediatric Intensive Care, Transport Teams, and more.
Center for Excellence in Education - Research Science Institute - Deadline for domestic applications is January 22, 2016
  • This FREE summer science and engineering program will be held combines on-campus coursework in scientific theory with off-campus work in science and technology research. 
Los Angeles Pediatric Society - Eve and Gene Black Summer Medical Career Program
  • This FREE summer program is available to current 11th and 12th grade students interested in the medical field.  Under the supervision of a Health Care Educator / Medical Facility Coordinator, participants shadow various medical professionals (Nurse, Nutritionist, Pharmacist, Lab Technician, Physician, Medical Specialist, etc.) who together provide a range of patient care and services.
Telluride Association - These FREE six-week Summer programs are held at Indiana University and/or University of Michigan
