This is a comprehensive physical education program emphasizing overall physical fitness (cardiovascular, upper body strength, abdominal strength, and flexibility) team sports (tennis & Badminton) self-defense, dance, outdoor education, and officiating and score-keeping of team sports. Students will also develop an understanding of the mechanics of human movement.
