If you require an official transcript, you may request it from the Student Information System Specialist (also known as the Registrar) whose office is located at the Main Office in LCHS.
The Transcript Request Forms are found on the table in front of the Student Information System Specialist’s office.
Official transcripts are $5.00 each and are completed within five school days. If it is urgent, please indicate that on the form.
You may view your unofficial transcript on the Aeries portal at any time. Report cards are also available for printing in the portal under Grades > Report Card History.
Transcripts for college applications will either be sent electronically via Naviance or by mail (to colleges who do not accept electronic documents). In the Fall of your senior year, you will need to request official transcripts. Transcript request forms for college apps are available in Naviance. Students must obtain his/her counselor's signature before submitting the transcript request to the Registrar. Transcripts are $5 each.
Initial Transcripts: Transcripts that include work completed prior to the start of 12th grade
Mid-Year Transcripts: Transcripts that include fall semester senior year grades
Final Transcripts: Transcripts indicating you have graduated from LCHS (please note, your final transcript is always sent for free!)
Please note, if you have taken courses online, at another high school in another country or at a community college, plan to also send an official transcript from those institutions, even if you have already added that course(s) to your high school transcript.

Students who graduated from 1967 through 2002 do not have the ability to order transcripts electronically and will need to request transcripts in writing. Once received, the processing time for written requests is 5 business days.
Your request must include the following information:
Name/Former Name while at La Cañada High School
Year of Graduation or Dates of Attendance
Date of Birth
Address or addresses where the transcript(s) are to be sent
There is a $5.00 charge for each official transcript (make checks payable to "LCHS")
