Daily Health Screener Opens at 7pm (to complete for the next day of school)

Dear LCUSD Families and Staff Members,

Part of the return to campus health and safety protocols includes completing a daily health screener. You can find this beginning each night before school at 7 pm.

Daily Health Screener access:

LCUSD Parents/Families can visit parentsquare.com and register an account or go through the Aeries Parent Portal and click on Communications. There is also an app for your mobile device. (see below for some common troubleshooting tips)

LCUSD Staff can visit parentsquare.com and choose sign in with Google. If you have access to Aeries, you may also be able to login there and click Communications.

Once you arrive at Parentsquare, look for this button (between 7 pm the night before and 1 pm day of):

Common troubleshooting for accessing Parentsquare for LCUSD Families:
1. Be sure you have registered/created an account and you are using the email or phone number on record for your student.
2. If registering isn't working, try starting in the Aeries Parent Portal and clicking on the COMMUNICATION tab. This should get you access.
3. If those two options fail, please email [email protected] and a tech team member will help you.
4. We might not be able to make this fix tonight so we ask that you ask your student the following questions to be ready for tomorrow.
 
Q1: Has your child experienced any of the following symptoms: a fever of 100.4 degrees or higher? A sore throat, cough, upset stomach, or a hard time breathing?
Q2: Has your child experienced a new severe headache, especially with a fever? Diarrhea, vomiting, or abdominal pain?
Q3: Has your child taken fever-reducing medications (like, but not limited to, Tylenol, Advil, or Motrin) while having a fever in the last 48 hours?
Q4: Has your child been diagnosed with a confirmed case of COVID-19 or been in contact with anyone confirmed or suspected to have COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
