2. Class Shirts are in! If you ordered a class shirt ASB will be distributing them the following dates at times:

3. Paying for ASB - Students who did not come to registration or who forgot to pay for ASB may do so with Ms. Connelly in room 115A at their lunch time - cash or check only. As a reminder, you may also pay online at our webstore with a credit card. Students who have already received their ID card may then bring their current card and receipt to picture make ups to exchange for a card with ASB on it. Please refer to the school calendar for make up schedule details when posted.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, September 7th-8th, clubs will be ratified and confirmed, and clubs will be notified of approval. Club day will be on Thursday, September 9th @ lunch. Each club will have a designated space to sign up new and returning members at lunch on Club Day. We will continue to host club information and sign-up forms online for those who do not wish to attend Club Day.
5. South Cage Parking Interruption - On Wednesday-Friday, September 8-10, parking in the cage lot will be restricted, as all parking spaces at the south end will be closed. Please keep an eye on the daily bulletin for alternate parking locations that will be announced next week.
6. Lockers Will Open - LCHS students continue to do a great job wearing masks in and outdoors, keeping each other safe, and doing good work with their classes. We will open book lockers based upon the following schedule
8. Attention Former Art Students - Any of Mrs. Kenwoods art students from March 2020 in room 606 (before the lockdown) may come pick up their locker supplies and artwork. Everything has been saved. If you do not pick up by Friday, August 27th your items will be discarded.
9. Attention 9th and 10th Graders - Students who did not pick up their PE clothes from the locker room last year have until the end of this week to come and get them. After that, they will be thrown away or donated.
10. Parking Limited by South Campus Renovation/Pool Build - Parking for the first two weeks of school will be open, as we will issue permits later, based upon a lottery. Parking will be limited this year due to the south campus construction. Please read, review, and fill out the form to join the parking lottery. Link here.
11. CSF - The California Scholarship Federation (CSF) is a statewide organization that recognizes academic excellence upon graduation at the high school level.
All Sophomore, Junior and Senior students with good grades and citizenship are encouraged to apply each semester. To attain full membership and a CSF Gold Seal, a student needs to successfully submit an application at least 4 semesters of high school. One semester must come from senior year. Members of the Freshman class cannot apply in the Fall because you need high school grades to qualify for high school CSF. ***There are no volunteer hours to complete for high school CSF; you only need good grades and Outstanding or Satisfactory citizenship.

12. Baseball Tryouts - High School Baseball Tryouts will be on Friday 8/27/2021, 3:15-5:00. If you are in another sport now and can't attend tryouts, but still want to play please contact Coach Carl at [email protected].

4. Spartan Football Moved to Thursday - First Home Game of the Year - Come on Out to Spartan Stadium this Thursday and cheer for our Football team as they open up the year against the Nitros from Glendale High School. 7 pm.
